About CRS

Critical Response Strategies (CRS) is a Jacksonville, FL based organization. We provide turnkey emergency response teams for our many Federal, State, and local public clients. CRS was founded on the primary principle of responding to emergencies in a timely and coordinated manner for the communities and people in need.

Critical Response Strategies (CRS), along with its sister companies, currently employ approximately 1,500 full-time employees. CRS spun out of Pulse Clinical Alliance in 2021 after working with more than 10 states during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our team immediately recognized the opportunity to create value for our clients and communities by investing in our emergency response models.

CRS has since invested heavily in resources, technology and is constantly working on innovations to build reliable networks of resources and partners we can turn to when disaster strikes.
