RETHINKING MENTAL HEALTH

Behavioral Health

CRS offers Behavioral Health Disaster Response (BHDR) solutions to remedy the aftermath of disasters. Combined with our turnkey case management protocols, we are reshaping the approach to mental health.

Integrating Mental Health into your Emergency Response

Following an emergency event, it is common for residents in and around an affected region to experience distress and anxiety about safety, health, and the recovery process. Previous exposure to large scale events, such as a severe hurricane or flood, may place residents and responders who experience a new disaster at greater risk for adverse stress reactions.

We hired more than 90 licensed clinical social workers and a medical leadership team to help the children deal with separation, physical and sexual abuse, and malnutrition.
